After the product quality warranty period is exceeded, the supply of spare parts ensures the continuous safe and high-quality operation of the building elevator. After signing the maintenance contract, our company will provide the elevator parts damaged under normal conditions at a preferential price for the owner's elevator. After signing the maintenance contract, some parts will be available for use.
In terms of technical training, our company will arrange professional maintenance engineers to the site to train two maintenance personnel for free technical guidance for the owner.
During the product warranty period, our company will replace the elevator parts damaged under normal use free of charge for the owner's elevator.
At the elevator use site, we will also prepare some commonly used vulnerable parts to be readily available.
